What's The Truth About Whole Foods?

Here's a blog:

WHOLE FOODS investors and customers deserve the WHOLE TRUTH...WHOLE FOODS wants you to think it helps the environment. WHOLE FOODS says they’re getting rid of plastic bags to help the planet. They say they’re using 100% recycled bags. In a 2007 scandal, John Mackey deceived stockholders by masquerading as “Rehodeb” (online identity). Today the company’s pattern of deception continues by mislabeling its products.

The WHOLE TRUTH? WHOLE FOODS is greenwashing.
1. WHOLE FOODS “recycled” paper bags are more harmful to the environment than plastic bags.
2. WHOLE FOODS paper bags are only 40% recycled and they’re manufactured in Mexico.
3. WHOLE FOODS paper bags are more than 10 times more expensive to produce than plastic. That cost is passed on to the consumer.

WHOLE FOODS is pulling a bag over your eyes. It’s time for WHOLE FOODS to reveal the truth behind its bag campaign. It’s time for WHOLE FOODS to publish the monetary and environmental costs of its new bag program. WHOLE FOODS needs to come clean with its investors and customers.
